California-based tuner 1016 Industries has introduced a widebody conversion for the Lamborghini Temerario, adding extensive carbon-fiber bodywork and a more dramatic exterior design to the V8-powered supercar.
The package arrives as customer deliveries of the Temerario get underway and follows the release of other aftermarket kits for Lamborghini’s latest model. Its most prominent changes focus on the car’s proportions, with flared quarter panels and enlarged wheel arches that give the Temerario a substantially wider visual stance.
New bodywork from front to rear
At the front, the kit replaces the standard bumper with a new design and adds a matching splitter. An updated hood and louvers integrated into the front fenders further distinguish the modified car.
1016 Industries also offers revised side skirts, custom air intakes, and the option of aftermarket wheels. The rear receives an equally extensive treatment, including a large fixed wing, a lip spoiler, a roof scoop, a redesigned bumper, and a new diffuser.
Customers can specify most components in traditional twill carbon fiber, forged carbon fiber, or fiber-reinforced polymer. The latter provides a lower-cost alternative to the carbon-fiber finishes.
Reversible installation and six-figure pricing
The conversion has been designed to be fully reversible. That means owners can remove the aftermarket parts without permanently altering the Temerario’s original bodywork, an arrangement that could be important if the car is later returned to standard condition.
Pricing depends on the selected materials and the number of components ordered. Buyers who choose the complete kit in forged carbon fiber will pay more than $120,000. The total is somewhat lower with standard carbon fiber or fiber-reinforced polymer, although the source does not specify exact prices for those versions.
1016 Industries has not indicated whether the redesigned bodywork produces a measurable aerodynamic improvement. The available information does not establish whether the larger wing, revised diffuser, splitters, and other additions improve or reduce the Temerario’s aerodynamic performance.
Instead, the package is primarily an extensive visual customization option for owners seeking a more conspicuous appearance. Its price also means buyers will need to weigh the cost carefully, particularly because no specific performance benefit has been identified.
