Honda has set pricing for the 2027 Passport, with the lineup starting at $45,195 before a $1,595 destination fee. That represents a $245 increase over the previous model, while the TrailSport sees a substantially larger increase as it gains equipment and additional ground clearance.

Passport RTL carries over with minor changes

The entry-level Passport RTL remains largely unchanged for 2027. Its only noted update is the replacement of Obsidian Blue Pearl with Smoke Blue Pearl in the exterior color lineup.

Standard equipment includes LED lighting, an acoustic windshield, 18-inch wheels with all-season tires, a power liftgate, and rear privacy glass. Inside, the RTL has a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch infotainment display, and a nine-speaker audio system.

Heated leather-and-cloth front seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, tri-zone climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, wireless smartphone charging, and ambient interior lighting are also included.

TrailSport adds suspension and off-road equipment

The 2027 Passport TrailSport starts at $49,995, up $1,345 from the previous model. Its updates include a revised suspension that increases ground clearance by 1.4 inches, or 36 millimeters.

Honda has also given the TrailSport a revised front fascia, more prominent fender flares, and amber LED lighting in the hood scoop. A heated steering wheel and TrailWatch camera system are now part of its standard equipment.

The TrailSport continues with features including fog lights, skid plates, recovery hooks, and 18-inch wheels fitted with all-terrain tires. A panoramic moonroof, all-season floor mats, and HondaTex-and-cloth seats with orange accents are also included.

TrailSport Elite pricing and equipment

The TrailSport Elite opens at $53,695, which is $1,045 higher than before. It shares the TrailSport’s suspension and exterior updates while adding auto-dimming side mirrors, puddle lights, and a hands-free power liftgate.

The Elite’s cabin includes heated and ventilated perforated leather front seats, heated rear seats, rear sunshades, and a 12-speaker Bose premium audio system.

Honda has also revised the available Blackout Packages for the TrailSport and TrailSport Elite. The package combines black front and rear fascias with black badging and black 18-inch wheels.

Standard V6 and all-wheel drive

Every 2027 Passport uses a 3.5-liter V6 producing 280 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. The engine is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and standard all-wheel drive. Fuel economy is listed at up to 19 mpg in the city, 25 mpg on the highway, and 21 mpg combined.

The 2027 Passport is now arriving at dealerships. Honda has also introduced a new “Base to Captain” campaign in support of the model.
