Ford has introduced a new ORV Package for select 2025 and 2026 Bronco models, combining off-road upgrades from Ford Accessories and Ford Racing Parts into a single dealer-installed offering. The package is being offered through Ford Custom Garage as an easier way for owners to personalize their SUVs without ordering each component separately.
The package is available for four-door versions of the Bronco Base, Big Bend, and Outer Banks. The Bronco Raptor and Badlands are excluded from the program.
Suspension and wheel upgrades
At the center of the ORV Package is a Fox off-road suspension kit. Ford says the system increases the Bronco’s ride height while optimizing damping and wheel articulation for off-road use.
The suspension is paired with black 17-inch Weld wheels and matching black wheel nuts. The package also includes trail-rated rocker panels and ABS plastic fender flares.
Exterior equipment
Several exterior changes give the ORV-equipped Bronco a distinct appearance. The standard front Bronco lettering is replaced by red lettering, while a new off-road bumper adds red tow hooks. Matching rear tow hooks are included as well.
Protection equipment consists of a custom skid plate and a fuel tank plate. The front bumper also carries a set of 4-inch Rigid LED driving lights.
Additional exterior details include a black Ford oval badge, ORV fender badges, a black Bronco badge for the tailgate, and a matte black hood graphic.
Cabin and calibration accessories
The package adds an auxiliary switch kit inside the cabin for controlling compatible equipment. Ford also includes a ProCar tool for tuning the speedometer after the vehicle’s modifications have been installed.
The complete ORV Package is priced at $18,995. Ford notes that dealer charges can vary, and installation is an additional cost. The parts are covered by a three-year, 36,000-mile warranty.
