Roush has introduced a $21,399 package for select 2027 Ford F-250 and F-350 configurations, adding suspension hardware, all-terrain tires, exterior lighting and extensive visual changes to the heavy-duty pickup. The package does not include any horsepower increase, and its price is charged in addition to the donor truck.
The centerpiece is Roush’s Performance Suspension System, which the company says is designed to improve handling and stability while retaining the capability expected from a Super Duty. The truck also receives 35-inch General Grabber A/TX all-terrain tires mounted on 20-inch gloss-black Roush Off-Road wheels.
Off-road hardware and exterior changes
Additional equipment includes slotted brake rotors at both ends and a Roush Performance Exhaust System. A shortened front air dam creates more space beneath the front end for off-pavement driving. Roush has not provided updated approach-angle or ground-clearance figures for the modified trucks.
The package gives the Super Duty a substantially different appearance. A gloss-black illuminated high-flow grille replaces the standard front treatment, while color-matched fender flares add integrated accent lighting. Rear marker lights and bumper-mounted Diode Dynamics flood lights are included, with ditch lights available as an option.
Graphics are also a major part of the design. Standard markings include rocker, hood and door graphics, a roof banner, an American flag decal, a Jack Roush signature graphic and large Roush branding across the tailgate. Buyers can add the Signature Graphics Package with either silver or red accents.
Interior equipment
Interior changes are less extensive. Standard equipment includes carbon-fiber trim, Roush floor liners, distinctive key fobs and a serialized badge on the center console. A Premium Roush Leather Interior is available for buyers seeking a more extensively customized cabin.
The optional Roush Ready Package adds a locking vault within the center console and an off-road utility kit. These additions complement the package’s focus on off-road equipment and appearance rather than increased engine output.
With a starting price of $21,399 before the cost of the F-250 or F-350 itself, the 2027 Roush Super Duty package represents a significant customization expense. Its upgrades center on suspension, wheels, tires, lighting, braking and styling, while power remains unchanged from the underlying truck.
